Who Is Eligible

To qualify for the sign-on bonus, you must meet the following criteria:

Be a newly hired caregiver who begins employment on or after February 1, 2025.

Be a rehired former caregiver who has not worked for CareSphere since before January 1, 2025.

Your first day of work must occur within 7 days of your interview date.

You must remain actively employed at each payout milestone.

Eligible positions include:

  • Direct Care Worker (DCW)

  • Direct Support Professional (DSP)

  • Home Health Aide (HHA)

  • Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

  • Family Caregivers


What the Benefit Includes

The total $800 Sign-On Bonus is paid in three stages, each tied to a clear milestone:

$200 Bonus – First Paycheck

  • You must complete your first shift within 7 days of your interview.

  • The $200 bonus will be added to your first paycheck.

$300 Bonus – After 400 Hours Worked

  • Once you complete 400 hours of service from your official start date, you’ll receive an additional $300 bonus.

$300 Bonus – After 700 Hours Worked

  • After completing a total of 700 hours worked from your start date, you’ll receive the final $300 bonus.

Total potential payout: $800
You may only receive each stage of the bonus once, and only if you are still actively employed at the time of payout.


How It Works

The sign-on bonus is automatically tracked and issued once eligibility is confirmed at each milestone:

  1. Interview & Offer:

    • Complete your applicant interview.

    • Accept a position with CareSphere.

  2. Start Within 7 Days:

    • Begin working within 7 days of your interview to qualify.

    • Complete your first shift during this window.

  3. Get Your First Bonus:

    • If eligible, $200 will be added to your first paycheck.

  4. Keep Working Toward Milestones:

    • Your total hours worked are automatically tracked.

    • Upon reaching 400 hours and 700 hours:

      • Each respective $300 bonus will be paid.

  5. Receive Payouts Automatically:

    • All bonuses are processed and paid within 7 days of reaching the milestone.

    • No need to submit forms or requests, just stay active and meet your hours.


How to Access or Apply

You don’t need to submit a separate application for the sign-on bonus. It’s automatically applied if you meet the following:

  1. Apply for a caregiver role at CareSphere

    • Submit your application and complete your interview.

  2. Start working within 7 days of your interview

    • This is the most important requirement. If your first shift is on day 8 or later, you are no longer eligible for the first part of the  bonus. However you still qualify for part 2 & 3.

  3. Track your progress toward 400 and 700 hour milestones

    • Continue working consistent hours

    • Stay active and in good standing

Your bonus will be automatically added to your paycheck once each milestone is met.
