The Employee Discounts benefit gives you access to exclusive savings through the Working Advantage online perks platform. This program is designed to support your personal and financial well-being by offering special pricing on products, services, experiences, and everyday essentials.

As a CareSphere employee, you receive complimentary access to thousands of discounts across entertainment, travel, retail, electronics, theme parks, groceries, gyms, subscriptions, and more.

This benefit adds tremendous value to your employment experience by helping you save money on the things you love most.

Who Is Eligible

All active CareSphere employees are eligible for the Employee Discounts program.

Family and friends may benefit from your savings when you purchase items or tickets on their behalf through your account. Only employees may create an account, but you may use your account to make purchases for others.

If you leave CareSphere, access to your Working Advantage account may be discontinued.

Working Advantage also includes an optional loyalty rewards program, FunLife Rewards, which allows you to:

• Earn points on eligible purchases (such as hotels, shows, theme parks)

• Stack reward points on top of your employee discount

FunLife Rewards is free and available immediately after creating your account.

How It Works

Once registered, you can browse, shop, and save immediately:

1. Log in to Working Advantage.

2. The platform automatically displays your exclusive employee pricing.

3. Browse categories or search for a specific product, experience, or brand.

4. Add discounted items to your cart and check out like a normal online purchase.

5. Receive your items, tickets, confirmations, or e-tickets directly by email or delivery.

6. Earn FunLife Rewards points automatically on eligible purchases.

There are no claims, reimbursements, or coupons required.
All discounts are built directly into your purchase price.

How to Access or Apply

Registration is fast and simple:

1. Go to WorkingAdvantage.com

2. Select “Become a Member” or “Register.”

3. When prompted, verify your eligibility by entering the company code: CARESPHEREPERKS

4. Create your account using your email and a password.

5. Log in anytime to browse and save.

Once registered, you never need to re-enter the company code again.

Important Rules & Policies

Please review the guidelines below to ensure proper use of your benefit:

• This benefit is for active CareSphere employees only.

• Do not share your login credentials or company code publicly.

• You may purchase discounted items for family and friends, but they may not create accounts unless they are eligible employees.

• All offers and discount amounts are subject to change based on availability.

• Some purchases do not qualify for FunLife Rewards points (such as flights, cruises, gift cards, and certain partner-powered pages).

• Points have no cash value and can only be applied toward Working Advantage purchases.

• If your employment status changes, your account access may be revoked.

• For event tickets or time-sensitive items, always review blackout dates, restrictions, and refund policies before purchasing.

• Working Advantage, not CareSphere, manages customer service for purchases and account-related issues.
